Blendology Ticketing Refund Policy

Event organisers set their own refund policies. The refund policy operated by the organiser will be indicated on the ‘Event Details’ section, or in the description of the ticket purchased. Blendology is unable to issue refunds on behalf of event organisers. If your ticket is indicated as being refundable, the first step is contact the event organiser.

Refund Process

1. Check the event organisers refund policy.
   
   
   
2. Contact the event organiser, event organisers should respond within 3 working days.The organisers contact details can be found in the confirmation email you received when you purchased the ticket, or the event listing. If you do not receive a response from the organiser within 3 working days, contact us here.
   
   
   
3. Once a refund has been issued, it can take up to 7 working days for cleared funds to reach your account.
