For events using Blendology's digital badges, event organisers provide us with delegate data (name, job title, company, etc.) to facilitate badge creation and networking. Delegates can opt out of data sharing at the event, but key identification details (name, company, job title) will remain visible for badge purposes.

8. Data Security

We use the following measures to protect your data:

  • Data is encrypted and stored on secure servers with multiple firewalls and two-factor authentication.

  • All data is stored within the UK and EU, in compliance with GDPR.

  • Only authorised personnel can access your personal data.
