ARRANGEMENT

There are 3 actors in the data handling and processing for this event:

  • Delegate, is the data owner

    • Main part of this data is collected by the Event Organiser and provided to Blendology

    • Extra parts of their data is optionally provided by the Delegate on the Blendology Delegate Portal page

  • Event Organiser, who is hosting the event and is the Data Controller and will get consent from the Delegate to use their data for events deployment and statistical analysis. Who is responsible for the website and any associated data.

  • Blendology, is the Data Processor and has no rights over using the data except for processing it for Blendology networking badges. All data generated by the Blendology system belongs to the Event Organiser. Blendology will not contact any of the Delegates without written consent of the Event Organiser or if a Delegate contacts Blendology. All non-identifiable data generated by the system is owned by Blendology. Blendology is the supplier of oneTap networking badge technology and a customised user experience via the Web or via Mobile APP

The terms of use of the Blendology system experience is defined in the Terms and Conditions.

The sign-up is for protecting your contacts for this event only and is not a sign-up to Blendology

Delegate personal data will be processed by Blendology Limited who supply and host the events badging and networking system. Your information may be used by <<Event Organiser>> to contact you about upcoming and relevant events and information.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, then you are required to confirm that you have been given consent by the person for whom you are booking on behalf of.

Your personal record is retained in accordance with the <<Event Organiser>> (<<email address>>) records retention schedule, and can be made available upon request.

This privacy statement applies to all information that we hold about you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In using this web site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below together with the Disclaimer found below. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Disclaimer, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence. If you do not agree to this then you may not use this web site.

4. STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

During Your visits to the Web Site, site usage may be measured to enable statistical analysis of user behaviour.

We accept no liability for any information contained on the Web Site. We may suspend the operation of the Web Site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update the contents or functionality of the Web Site from time to time. We shall not be liable for any loss howsoever arising out of Your use of the Web Site or in respect of any of your actions or omissions taken in reliance on any information contained on the Web Site or any web site to which the Web Site is linked.
